Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information regarding the process and status of insurance claims.
- Handle complaints, provide good solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution via, email, whatsapp, Livechat, etc.
- Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Assist customers and also guiding customers until customer needs fulfilled.
- Prepare report related to daily activities data to Supervisors and Managers.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree from any major(s).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Customer Service, Customer Success, Helpdesk, or any other client facing operation roles.
- Experienced in handling external parties (especially e-commerce) and coordinating with internal divisions
- Agile in fast-paced environment
- Can-do attitude
- Highly initiative and motivated in self learning
- High achiever with go-extra-miles spirit
- Excellent problem-solving skills and full of insights
