About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Social Media Strategist to join our growing Digital Marketing team at FUSE. In this role, you’ll support our digital marketing efforts across social media, paid advertising, and basic SEO for social media initiatives to boost online visibility and drive user engagement for our tech-based insurance platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Apply basic SEO techniques to optimize content and captions.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally with product, brand, and content teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing. 
• Familiar with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads basics.
• Understanding of keyword research and content optimization.
• Proactive, creative, and highly adaptable to new trends.
• Passionate about marketing in the tech or fintech space.
