We are looking for a results-driven professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading key account management efforts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention. You will guide and mentor the Renewal Team, develop strategic renewal plans, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. If you are passionate about client success, performance optimization, and leading with impact, we’d love to meet you.
Job Description
- Oversee key account management to ensure high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor the Renewal Team to consistently achieve renewal and performance targets.
- Develop and execute renewal strategies based on analysis of account performance data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drive sales performance through effective negotiations and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance metrics to improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry or related field, with prior experience in an insurance brokerage firm highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and accountability.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute data-driven plans.
- Solid experience in account management and client retention (minimum 5 years of experience)
- Exceptional sales, and negotiation & communication skills with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Solution-oriented mindset, focusing on delivering value to clients
