As a Business Development specializing in Corporate Insurance & Benefits, you will drive sales of employee benefits and group health insurance solutions to corporate clients. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing consultative selling by understanding client needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for group health and employee benefits insurance products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the B2B client portfolio.
- Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers (HR, finance, directors) in target organizations.
- Provide consultative selling by understanding client needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and excellent service delivery.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B insurance, especially group health & employee benefits.
- Minimum education: D3/S1 degree
- English is a must
- Results-driven, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
