JOB DESCRIPTION

Admin

- Manage office supplies, equipment, assets, and business travel related operations

- Prepare payment requests for office expenses, coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities.

- Vendor searching, proposal to finalize if needed.

- Support internal events, welcome guests, and coordinate candidate reception.

Human Resource

- Support recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling.

- Manage employee records, contracts, social insurance, PIT, support onboarding - offboarding.

- Assist in attendance tracking, annual leaves, payroll calculation, and managing allowances, bonuses,....

- Perform other HR-related or admin tasks as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.

- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
