We are looking for a Human Resource Specialist to support daily HR activities and ensure smooth HR function across the business. This role will cover HR reporting, HR operations, payroll support, performance evaluation processes, and hiring support.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee data related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.
Handle end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time with external vendors and Finance
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and payroll regulations and ensure compliance
Handle daily HR operations and administration, including HRIS updates and employee records.
Support performance evaluation cycles, including coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.
Manage leave and attendance systems and respond to employee HR inquiries.
Support hiring activities and other ad-hoc HR projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll, or related roles.
Strong understanding of HR operational processes, payroll workflows, and basic labor compliance.
Experience supporting performance evaluation or appraisal cycles is highly preferred.
Experience in recruitment support for replacement hiring is a plus.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, data processing, reporting).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Thai communication skills are required.
High attention to detail, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
