We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to handle daily customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding insurance coverage, claims processing, cancellations, refunds, and operational matters related to business partners.
In this role, you will conduct basic claim assessments by verifying the completion of required claim documents and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely completion of cancellation and claim processes. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing daily and monthly activity reports with accuracy and timely submission to the direct manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding insurance coverage, claims processing, cancellations, refunds, and operational matters related to business partners.
Conduct basic claim assessments, including verifying the completion of required claim documents.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of cancellation and claim processes.
Prepare and manage daily and monthly activity reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the direct manager.
Provide administrative support as assigned by the manager as needed.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle inquiries professionally via phone, chat, and email.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic report preparation.
