Customer Service – Claims Operations
We are looking for a Claims Operations professional to join our Servicing Customer Excellence team. In this role, you will support customers throughout the claim journey while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality claim handling.
What You Will Do
Review and verify claim documents to ensure completeness and policy compliance.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, live chat, etc.).
Provide clear updates regarding claim status and requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners to support smooth claim resolution.
Maintain service quality while achieving operational SLA targets and preparing daily reports.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from any major (Insurance or Actuarial Science graduates are a plus).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Claims, Insurance Operations, or related fields is an advantage.
Basic understanding of insurance and claim processes.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Google Sheets).
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English.
Preferred Background
Insurance, claims handling, customer service operations, e-commerce operations, or micro insurance experience.
