Responsibilities
- Handle Micro-business channel of Fuse, responsible for P&L of the channel and execute sales plans to meet targets./ Quản lý kênh Micro của Fuse, chịu trách nhiệm về P&L và triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanh để đạt chỉ tiêu.
- Maintain the good relationship with existing business accounts as well as drive its performance towards the company’s target./ Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với các đối tác kinh doanh hiện có cũng như thúc đẩy hiệu suất hướng tới mục tiêu của công ty.
- Identify & approach new potential clients to expand the business and able to present our company value to potential clients./ Tìm kiếm & tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng mới để mở rộng kinh doanh và có khả năng trình bày giá trị công ty cho khách hàng tiềm năng.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends./ Tiến hành nghiên cứu thị trường để xác định cơ hội kinh doanh và xu hướng ngành.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration/Finance/Marketing or equivalent./ Bằng cử nhân Quản trị kinh doanh/ Tài chính/ Tiếp thị sản phẩm hoặc tương đương.
- Have minimum of 3 years Business Development/Sales/Marketing/Digital Affinity experience in Internet-based company./ Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm Phát triển Kinh doanh/Bán hàng/Tiếp thị/Quan hệ Kỹ thuật số tại công ty hoạt động trên Internet.
- Demonstrated ability to assist with the development, execution of sales plans and deal closures./ Khả năng hỗ trợ phát triển, thực hiện kế hoạch bán hàng và chốt hợp đồng.
- Vast network that may lead to new business opportunities and projects./ Mạng lưới rộng lớn có thể mang lại những cơ hội kinh doanh và dự án mới.
- Have an outgoing personality, calm but strong, and persuasive./ Có tính cách hướng ngoại, điềm tĩnh nhưng mạnh mẽ và có sức thuyết phục.
- Having experience in insurance business or specifically micro insurance would be an added value./ Có kinh nghiệm trong kinh doanh bảo hiểm hoặc cụ thể là bảo hiểm vi mô sẽ là một lợi thế.
- Fluent in English./ Thành thạo tiếng Anh.
- Have ability to operate Microsoft Offices and google environments./ Có khả năng sử dụng Microsoft Office và Google.
- Great Time and Project Management skills./ Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian và dự án tốt.
