JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Business development and Key accounts management:
◦ Maintain and improve business relationships between Fuse, clients and partners.
◦ Search for, approach, and develop new potential customers (B2B/B2B2C).
◦ Coordinate in building and implementing business plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
◦ Deeply understand customer needs to enable cross-business collaboration and achieve assigned KPIs.
• Project Implementation & System Improvement
◦ Support the implementation of projects and system improvements from the partner side or internally within the company.
◦ Participate in gathering business requirements and writing BRD (Business Requirements Document)
▪ New project / feature implementation.
▪ On-going project requiring its updates to fulfill document.
◦ Coordinate with relevant parties and stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure business requirements are correctly understood and implemented effectively.
• Operations Coordination & Issue Resolution
◦ Work directly with partners to discuss and resolve issues arising during project implementation; coordinate to solve issues related to BD (Business Development), CS (Customer Service), and Claims teams when necessary.
◦ Coordinate with partners and customers to support resolving system errors and data errors occurring during operations.
◦ Support the reconciliation team when issues arise related to the project.
• Contracts, Documents & Internal Coordination
◦ Participate in reviewing contracts and cooperation appendices to ensure alignment with the business model and operations; execute the contract/appendix signing process in accordance with internal regulations.
◦ Work closely and effectively with stakeholders to finalize contracts, invoice and financial reconciliation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST HAVE:
◦ Bachelor of Business Administration/Finance/Marketing or equivalent.
◦ Have a minimum of 3 years Business Development/Sales/Marketing/Digital Affinity/Key Account Manager experience in Internet-based companies.
◦ Demonstrated ability to assist with the development, execution of sales plans and deal closures.
◦ Open-minded thinking, willingness to learn, fluent communication skills, confidence.
◦ Proficiency in reading and understanding English for work purposes.
◦ Strong prioritization skills in handling issues.
PREFERRED:
◦ Vast network that may lead to new business opportunities and projects.
◦ Have an outgoing personality, calm but strong, and persuasive.
◦ Having experience in insurance business or specifically micro insurance would be an added value.
◦ Fluent in English.
◦ Have ability to operate Microsoft Offices and google environments.
◦ Great Time and Project Management skills.
