About the Role
We are looking for a UX Writer who can craft clear, engaging, and conversion-driven product copy across our website and platform.
This role goes beyond traditional UX writing. You will design product messaging that not only improves user experience but also drives user actions, engagement, and revenue.
You will work closely with Product, Growth, Design, and Data teams to optimize messaging across the user journey, from product discovery to transaction completion.
Key Responsibilities
Write and optimize product microcopy across the website, including CTAs, onboarding flows, forms, error messages, and checkout experiences.
Create conversion-focused messaging for in-product promotions, notifications, and campaign messages.
Develop and test multiple copy variations to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure copy supports the overall product experience.
Work with Growth and Data teams to analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize messaging.
Maintain consistent tone of voice and product messaging guidelines across all user touchpoints.
Support experimentation initiatives (A/B testing) to identify messaging that improves key business metrics.
Requirements
1=3 years of experience as a UX Writer, Product Copywriter, or Content Writer in a digital product environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating product microcopy, conversational design, or conversion-focused messaging.
Experience writing for product interfaces, onboarding flows, or chatbot/WhatsApp interactions.
Understanding of user journey, conversion funnels, and digital product experiences.
Ability to balance clarity, usability, and persuasive messaging.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Growth).
