The Mission
We are building a next-generation Incentivized Fintech Ecosystem. Our platform combines insurtech and loyalty programs. We use a unique "Value-Loop" model: users protect themselves with insurance products, earn digital rewards, and participate in social-earning tasks.
Your goal is to design the bridge between Utility (Insurance/Safety) and Reward (Incentives/Earnings) to create a frictionless, self-scaling user base.
Key Responsibilities
Behavioral Design & Funnel Optimization: Own the end-to-end user journey. You will analyze drop-off points in our conversion funnel and design visual solutions to turn "browsers" into "active participants."
Incentive Visualization: Take complex financial or reward structures and translate them into simple, high-impact UI elements that drive immediate user action.
Balance Regulation with Engagement: Work closely with Compliance/Legal teams to ensure our product remains a trusted financial tool while maintaining the high-energy feel of a modern consumer app.
Data-Informed Iteration: Move beyond "looking good." You will use A/B testing, heatmaps, and conversion data to prove that your designs move the needle on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value).
Social & Referral UX: Optimize our "Social Earning" mechanics. Design intuitive ways for users to share, refer, and gift products to their network to drive organic growth.
Frictionless Transactional Design: Minimize cognitive load during payment and data-entry (KYC) steps to ensure maximum conversion.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in UI/UX Design, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Managerial role within Fintech, E-commerce, or Loyalty/Rewards platforms.
Growth Mindset: You don't just design screens; you design "loops." You understand how to use psychological triggers (scarcity, reward, social proof) ethically to drive retention.
Fintech Fluency: Experience designing for regulated industries (payments, insurance, or banking) where clarity and trust are as important as speed.
Platform Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Design AI tool (Figma AI/ Nano Banana) and a strong understanding of how to use analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar) to inform design decisions.
Visual Storyteller: Ability to take a "boring" utility product and wrap it in a compelling, high-value brand experience.
Language: Native-level fluency in Indonesian and professional English to navigate local consumer nuances and global technical standards.
