At Fuse, we’re redefining how insurance is discovered, bought, and serviced across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition strategy and drive measurable, scalable growth across digital channels.
What you’ll do
Lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, with clear accountability for business outcomes.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, CLTV, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and incrementality; define targets, monitor performance, and take decisive action to improve results.
Build and run a disciplined experimentation framework across creative, copy, audience, landing page, and funnel optimization to continuously improve unit economics.
Manage media budgets strategically to unlock efficient growth while protecting ROI, compliance, and platform regulations.
Partner closely with product, data, creative, and business teams to translate product and market changes into acquisition opportunities and growth levers.
Oversee attribution and measurement frameworks using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and AppsFlyer to ensure accurate performance tracking and decision-making.
What we’re looking for
3-6 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growth environment.
Deep expertise in paid media strategy, campaign execution, and end-to-end funnel optimization.
Strong analytical capability with a solid understanding of attribution, LTV/CAC modeling, and performance dashboards; basic SQL is a plus.
Experience in insurtech, fintech, or marketing to offline/agent-led audiences is highly preferred.
Demonstrated track record of scaling acquisition while improving efficiency and unit economics.
Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to operate strategically and execute tactically in a fast-moving environment.
