We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Officer to support our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a strong foundation in finance.
Job Description
Record AP and AR transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain AP and AR aging reports and monitor outstanding balances
Prepare and issue invoices promptly
Follow up on outstanding receivables with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare payment schedules and monitor due dates
Perform reconciliation of liabilities and resolve discrepancies
Support month-end closing and reconciliation processes
Maintain proper documentation and filing for all AP/AR transactions
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or Management
1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance (fresh graduate are welcome)
Fluent in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work with deadlines and routine tasks
