We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and business-driven digital experiences. In this role, you will help shape user journeys for growth-focused, gamification, and affiliate features, translating complex financial and reward structures into simple, compelling interfaces that drive user action.
You will work closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to design polished, production-ready solutions that balance engagement, clarity, trust, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
Design engaging user experiences that support growth and optimize the conversion funnel.
Translate financial, reward, gamification, and affiliate mechanisms into simple, high-impact UI and interaction designs.
Create experiences that encourage users to share, refer, gift, and engage with products within their network.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights, including analytics and user feedback, to inform design decisions and improve product performance.
Collaborate with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to define user flows, gather requirements, and deliver well-executed designs.
Contribute to and maintain design systems to support consistency and scalability across products.
Present design ideas clearly with structured thinking and a strong user-centered approach.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Information Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
2-5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, preferably in a tech environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects with business impact, clear problem-solving process, and user-centered thinking.
Strong visual and interaction design skills, with the ability to create intuitive and compelling user experiences.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud softwares.
Deep understanding in building, contributing to, or maintaining design systems.
Practical ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate design iteration.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and working in a fast-paced environment.
Native-level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional-level English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for regulated industries such as payments, insurance, or banking.
Experience in fintech or other tech-driven industries.
Familiarity with gamification and affiliate product experiences is a plus.
