Responsibilities
1. B2A Side: Agent-Facing AI Agent Product Design
① Intelligent Sales Assistant Feature Planning:
Design an "Insurance Knowledge Q&A Agent" that integrates multi-insurer product terms (auto, health insurance, etc.), underwriting rules, and claims processes. Supports natural language queries from agents with ≥95% target response accuracy.
② Develop "Customer Needs Analysis Agent":
Upon agent input of customer information, the agent automatically generates a "User Risk Profile" and product recommendation portfolio to assist agents in precise communication.
③ End-to-End Collaboration Feature Implementation:
Build an "Agent - Human Agent - User" collaboration workflow: Agents can one-click share AI-generated "Product Comparison Tables" and "Underwriting Recommendations" with users to address trust gaps caused by "insufficient agent expertise".
④ Design "Compliance Scripting Agent":
Embeds regulatory-compliant phrase libraries to real-time correct agent sales language, reducing compliance risks.
2. B2C Side: User-Facing Insurance AI Agent Design
① Policy Decision Agent Development:
"Clause Interpretation Agent" explains complex terms in plain language + visual animations, supports multi-turn Q&A to continuously improve user understanding.
② Design "Personalized Recommendation Agent":
Generates "Coverage Plan + Premium Budget" based on user queries and behavioral data, with real-time parameter adjustment support.
③ Claims & Service Agent Optimization:
Build "Claims Guidance Agent" to enhance user experience.
3. Cross-End Agent Collaboration & Technical Implementation
① Cross-End Data Synergy Mechanism:
Construct an insurance knowledge graph shared by B2A/B2C agents covering "Product-Terms-Underwriting-User" relationships to ensure response consistency.
② Agent Interaction Data Feedback System:
B2C users' frequent queries auto-sync to B2A agents for agent training; B2A agents' flagged "difficult questions" trigger B2C knowledge base updates.
4. AI Technology Selection & Implementation
- Evaluate agent technical architecture: Select LLM framework ensuring insurance knowledge accuracy
- Drive knowledge graph integration with vector database (Milvus) for precise clause/case retrieval
- Establish agent evolution roadmap: "Basic Q&A" → "Complex Reasoning" → "Personalized Interaction"
Qualifications
- Proficient in English as a working language
- 5+ years of product management experience, having led end-to-end design of core products from 0 to 1
- Experience in cross-regional product localization (e.g., Southeast Asian markets), familiar with local insurance regulations (Indonesia OJK, Thailand OIC) and user habits (e.g., payment behaviors, linguistic characteristics)

- AI Product Design
- Mastery in AI agent product design methodology (user profiling, dialog flow, intent recognition, knowledge base construction)
- Ability to deliver high-fidelity interactive prototypes (Axure/Figma) and AI capability specifications (e.g., intent/entity library design)
- Insurance + AI Integration
- Understand technical principles of LLMs, RAG, and knowledge graphs
- Balance technical feasibility with business value (e.g., evaluating agent capabilities for real-time underwriting system integration with insurers)
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Proven ability to coordinate algorithm, data, engineering, compliance, and insurer teams to drive resource alignment
