Responsibilities
1. KOL Channel Development & End-to-End Operations
- Resource Identification & Tiered Management:
Identify KOLs aligned with brand aesthetics on TikTok, Instagram, etc., using specialized tools; establish categorized resource database. - Develop KOL evaluation criteria.
- Design diversified collaboration models.
- Lead contract negotiations, execute agreements, and oversee performance output.
2. Google Ads Campaign Management & Optimization
- Account Structure & Precision Operations:
Build Google Ads accounts for all campaign types; formulate keyword strategies.
Optimize bidding strategies, budget allocation, and ad creatives. - Data-Driven Performance Enhancement:
Monitor KPIs, analyze user journeys via data tracking.
3. Cross-Channel Synergy & Conversion Funnel Closure
4. Channel Resource Documentation & Process Standardization
5. Regular Playbook Updates for Team Reference
Qualifications
1. Background & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent English as working language.
- 3+ years in overseas digital channel operations, with hands-on experience in either:
∙ TikTok/Instagram KOL collaborations OR
∙ Google Ads campaign management. - Preferred: Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or 3C industries; familiarity with Southeast Asian market preferences; proven success cases.
2. Core Competencies
- KOL Operations:
∙ End-to-end execution: KOL screening → negotiation → content review → performance attribution.
∙ Content intuition: Ability to assess KOL content’s viral potential. - Google Ads Expertise:
∙ Account setup, keyword optimization, conversion tracking.
∙ Proficiency in Google Merchant Center (GMC) & Google Tag Manager (GTM). - Data Analytics:
∙ Calculate ROAS/CPA using Excel/Google Sheets; create dashboards.
∙ Diagnose optimization opportunities (e.g., "Adjust targeting for low-conversion regions").
